Giovanni dos Santos, vuelta al Tottenham
Tuve la oportunidad de saludar al extremo mexicano Giovanni Dos Santos en Londres en una tertulia de Catalunya Radio previa al Barcelona-Chelsea de anoche.
El jugador mexicano parecía estar en plena forma, y con confianza tras unas buenas semanas en el Ipswich, donde ha ido cedido desde el Tottenham, un club en el que dejó de jugar cuando a Juande Ramos no le empezaban a salir las cosas y cambió de plan. Ahora ha regresado al club de Londres, donde espera jugar desde el inicio de la nueva temporada.

Giovanni me pareció un jugador diferente al que vi en Barcelona: el año en Londres le ha sentado fenomenal, dice que ha aprendido disciplina y que ha madurado al estar solo.
Lo vi enseguida. El jugador parece mucho más centrado que en Barcelona, cuando se decía que se perdió un poco siguiendo los pasos de Ronaldinho, quien no se distinguía por la disciplina en sus últimas dos jornadas en el Barcelona. El año fuera le ha hecho bien, y desde aquí le deseo mucha suerte.
