Sánchez (16-3-2, 8 nocauts) se enfrentará al estadounidense Willshaun Boxley (5-2, 3 nocauts) el 7 de noviembre. El evento será encabezado por sendas peleas de Zab Judah y Joel Casamayor.Sánchez ha ganado 14 de sus últimos 15 combates luego de perder sus primeras dos peleas como profesional en 2005. Su más reciente combate fue una victoria por nocaut el 26 de septiembre en el Staples Center de Los Angeles.
El cubano Casamayor (36-4-1, 22 nocauts) estará debutando en el peso junior welter contra Jason Davis. Su última pelea fue una derrota por nocaut a manos de Juan Manuel Márquez en el 2008.
Por su parte, Judah (37-6, 25 nocauts) se medirá al brasileño Adailton De Jesús.
