Jason Bay se monta en el tren hacia Nueva York

Los Mets de Nueva York y el ex Medias Rojas Jason Bay alcanzaron un acuerdo por cuatro años y $65 millones, según información de Prensa Asociada y ESPN.Bay ha sido "All Star" en tres ocasiones y viene de batear 36 jonrones e impulsar 119 para Boston en el 2009. Tiene un promedio en su carrera de .280.
Pese a que Bay es una contratación grande, el New York Daily News criticó que el gerente general Omar Minaya no ha resuelto los problemas en la rotación de lanzadores de la novena.
Según la información Bay aún debe pasar por el reconocimiento médico pero no se esperan contratiempos al respecto.
