Showtime mueve fecha del Torneo Súper Seis
Lo anterior obedece a que dos de las peleas de la segunda etapa del Clásico de Boxeo Mundial de los Súper Seis, estaban programadas precisamente para esa fecha, y ahora con el anuncio de transmisión que ha armado HBO para la serie World Championship Boxing, seguro Showtime se puso a templar.Como escapatoria, Showtime tomó la decisión de mover su cartelera para el 24 de abril. Es decir, una semana más tarde, como medida para que el espectador no tenga que elegir qué evento debería ver. Ya que ambos son de tal trascendencia que crearía un verdadero conflicto de intereses en todos nosotros.
Sin duda, el torneo de los Súper Seis es lo más importante que hay actualmente en el mundo del boxeo, pero el Pavlik-Martínez es algo que nadie se puede perder. Sólo hay que recordar que Sergio Martínez fue el mismo que en diciembre pasado le hizo una gran pelea a la triple amenaza Paul Williams, boxeador de quien se dice que Kelly Pavlik teme enfrentar.

Sobre las peleas del torneo de los Súper Seis, podríamos decir tantas cosas a su favor, pero para ejemplos: sólo con mencionar que este 6 de marzo Arthur Abraham enfrentará a Andre Dirrell, y con ese simple hecho, Showtime le asestó un nocaut a la cadena HBO, la cual ese mismo día montará una unificación entre Devon Alexander y Juan Urango en los pesos welter junior.
