Wayne Rooney, tan bueno como Messi o Ronaldo
Aceptémoslo, le falta carisma. No es el arquetipo de jugador y difícilmente Armani lo contatará como modelo de su ropa interior, sin embargo Wayne Rooney hace funcionar a uno de los mejores equipos del mundo y es la máxima esperanza de la selección inglesa para el Mundial.Cada semana en la Liga Premier es el artífice de dos otres goles claves para el subliderato de su equipo. Por si fuera poco en Europa también tiene la pólvora encendida y colaboró con un triunfo de oro en Milán que tiene con un pie a los ingleses en la siguiente fase de la Liga de Campeones.
Para su técnico, Sir Alex Ferguson, es un jugador de élite que debe irrumpir en el podio de los mejores jugadores del mundo, donde comúnmente están Cristiano Ronaldo y Lionel Messi.
"Debe ser comparado con Messi y Cristiano. Tiene una gran habilidad y ha demostrado su nivel. Le faltaba olfato goleador, pero esta temporada lo está encontrando. Por eso debe ser considerado junto a estos jugadores", dijo luego del triunfo en Italia de 3-2 sobre el Milán.
Rooney tiene un currículum que incluye títulos en Inglaterra y en la Liga de Campeones, ya ha jugado el Mundial y en caso de tener una buena actuación el próximo verano, se le debe hacer justicia y ponderarlo como uno de los mejores.
Wayne Mark Rooney nació en Liverpool, Inglaterra hace 24 años, debutó con el Everton en 2002, pero el Manchester United rápidamente lo incorporó a sus filas. Ha logrado 136 goles a nivel de clubes y 25 con la selección de la rosa, con un mejor publirelacionista estaría más próximo a ganar el Balón de Oro o el FIFA World Player.
