Morelia se lleva el millón de dólares
El delantero mexicano marcó a los 65 y 75 minutos para darle la victoria a los Monarcas y el millón de dólares que se adjudica el campeón, torneo que es disputado por equipos de Estados Unidos y México.
Los michoacanos son el tercer conjunto azteca que se embolsa el premio, Pachuca fue el primero en el 2007 y Tigres en el 2009, el único conjunto estadounidense que lo ha ganado fue el New England en el 2008.
Morelia anotó el primer gol por la vía del tiro penal que convirtió Sabah, luego de una falta sobre el colombiano Luis Gabriel Rey.

New England se acercó a los 79 minutos por conducto de Kevin Alston, quien definió sobre la salida del portero argentino Federico Vilar tras una jugada de pared con Zack Schilawski.

Ernesto ahora si que se ve que no sabes nada de futbol porque dices que el futbol mexicano esta estancado o no ha mejorado, es cierto la MLS esta mejorando pero tambien el Fut bol mexicano solo para refrescarte la memoria 3 equipos Mexicanos ganaron la super liga solo uno de la MLS .Chivas acaba de jugar la copa libertadores de la comebol quedo en segundo lugar 3 nuevos jugadores mexicanos se fueron a europa a jugar. En los ultimos 4 torneos de la comcachampions equipos mexicanos an ganado y la final se ha jugado con solo equipos de Mexico, por todo esto creo que Mexico sigue siendo el manda mas de la zona y si han mejorado poco pero mejorando al fin
