'Voy por mi quinta corona': Jorge 'Travieso' Arce

Cuatro campeonatos en igual número de divisiones suena muy bien, pero Jorge Arce buscará más.

En entrevista con Fanáticos el boxeador mexicano Jorge Arce reveló que está viendo la posibilidad de buscar la corona mundial Gallo del Consejo Mundial de Boxeo.

"Está la posibilidad de buscar la quinta corona, bajar una división por la de peso Gallo. Sé que lunes se define el futuro de Nonito Donaire, si lo desconocen disputaría el título ante el tercero en las clasificaciones Cristian Esquivel", dijo el Travieso, quien consiguió su cuarta corona (Supergallo) al vencer al boricua Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. hace dos meses.

El 'Travieso' Arce comentó que una pelea ante Abner Mares, el actual campeón Plata, no se daría pues el tapatio irá por la corona de la Federación Internacional de Boxeo el próximo 13 de agosto.

"No dejaré vacante la corona Supergallo de la Organización Mundial de Boxeo. Me costó mucho trabajo y no la voy a dejar tan fácil. Pediré un permiso a la OMB para que me den la oportunidad. Quiero hacer historia", dijo Arce, quien ya regresó a sus entrenamientos.

Arce tiene programado pelear el próximo 17 de septiembre ante un rival por designar ya sea en Cancún o en Puebla.

"Yo peleo donde sea y con quien sea... me voy a preparar muy duro pues también estoy programado para el 12 de noviembre en la pelea de Pacquiao y Marquez", explicó el peleador Sinaloense.
