
'JuanMa' López está en México y busca revancha
El ex campeón boricua Juan Manuel López está en México y viene a ver como su verdugo, el mexicano Orlando Salido, lográ la primera defensa del título que él defendió por un año.Este sábado el Siri Salido enfrentará al japonés Kenichi Yamaguchi a 12 rounds en su natal Ciudad de Obregón, Sonora.
"Vengo por una oportunidad. Hará su primera defensa y luego sigo yo. Quiero sacarme esa espina", dijo JuanMa López, quien no se calza unos guantes desde aquella dolorosa primera derrota como profesional.
Hasta antes de enfrentar a Salido, JuanMa López había mantenido un récord sin mancha durante seis años pero un nocaut tecnico en octavo round lo frenó.
"De esa derrota aprendí mucho y ahora soy un peleador más maduro, que quiere recuperar lo perdido", dijo el peleador de 28 años.
