El campeón mundial welter del CMB, Víctor Ortiz, está listo para el reto más grande de su carrera profesional: Acabar con el invicto de Floyd Mayweather Jr.'Vicious' tuvo que sortear las más crueles dificultades de la vida durante su niñez, está acostumbrado a romper con los pronósticos y esta vez asegura que no será la excepción: "Voy a sorprender al mundo".

De raíces mexicanas, el púgil estadounidense enfrentará a uno de los elementos más dominantes de su tiempo y pese a que no pelea hace más de un año, se ha preparado para "enfrentar al mejor Mayweather".
Oscar de la Hoya, promotor de esta batalla, recuerda el enfrentamiento que perdió contra 'Money' Mayweather, y augura un povernir más venturoso para Ortiz: "Será una pelea muy interesante. Yo estaba cansado, era un peleador de 34 años, Víctor es un joven de 24, será una historia completamente diferente". "La pegada de Ortiz va a ser la diferencia en este combate".
"Estamos preparados para enfrentar al Floyd Mayweather de seis u ocho años atrás. Súper rápido, súper defensivo, para el mejor Mayweather", reveló Daniel García, entrenador de Ortiz.
"Con hablar no se gana una pelea, la pelea se va a ganar ahí en el ring", adiverte García, cansado de las clásicas declaraciones enardecidas de Floyd.
"Tenemos que aprovechar su pegada, su velocidad", concluyó.
Víctor está consciente del valor que ha tenido su esquina en su ascenso al fajín mundial, por lo se declara un disciplinado recalcitrante: "Mi entrenador siempre me dijo, que si seguía al pie de la letra sus indicaciones, me coronaría campeón mundial. Le hice caso y exactamente lo que me dijo, pasó".
Tanta confianza hay en Ortiz que se atreve a vislumbrar su futuro, Pacquiao, quizá, o un peleador de su 'categoría'.

Esta pelea va estar interesante, Ortiz tiene la juventud y ambre de ganar. Aunque Mayweather es favorito en las apuestas, hay algunas cosas que no lo favorecen una es la inactivad. En casi cuatro anios tan solo hecho tres peleas, hatton, Marquez. Y Mosley. Y pues les llevaba ventaja ya sea por edad, peso, o talento. Pero esta vez su opponente es diez anios mas joven, mas grande fisicamente, quisas no tenga mejor boxeo pero si la determinacion y agresibidad. Si Ortiz pone presion puede frustar el plan de Floyd y Ortiz salga con la Mano en alto. Pero si Deja a mayweather que piense y tome control de la pelea y sigira invicto Mayweather. "Yo estoy con el campeon, que es ORTIZ!!!"

Lo unico que pido es que veamos boxeo y no el juego del gato y el ratón, quiero ver una demostración de aguante, tecnica, coraje y nada de miedo, o como esos boxeadores que se dedican a fanfarronear, si es cierto que Floyd es grande debe de intercambiar.
